If different notes sound together simultaneously, an accord arises. If this happens for a longer period of time a soundnetwork evolves. But - a single note can replace both accords and soundnetwork, may effect as much or even more. Without question Brahims Kurdish origin and the music of this culture will be heard in the metaphorical language and cravings of his music. His musical origin is therefore marked by diverse impressions and Brahims compositions can hardly be related to a specific style. His musical appreciation was, during his artistical unfolding, also shaped by improvisation. Hence he sees his creative works as a dialogue between him and the free notes.
Where, eventually, his artistically home will be decides the music itself.
